Tortilla Republic sets the bar for bold, fresh flavors. With updated and modern Mexican cantina fare on our menu, patrons are offered traditional Mexican dishes made with organic produce when available and the freshest ingredients we can get our hands on. We use only Mary’s chicken and prime beef. Our signature dishes include Tacos de Jicama, Duck Confit Enchiladas and the ever-popular Carnitas. All dishes are seasonally inspired and are sure to satiate the craving for real Mexican cuisine. We also offer a gluten free menu.
Tortilla Republic reflects a polished Latin aesthetic inspired by the owners’ travels to Mexico. Each piece of furniture and fixture is custom-made in Mexico and hanging on the walls is contemporary Mexican inspired artwork. We offer a sophisticated chic setting with a spectacular al fresco patio and an intimate and relaxed atmosphere that promises a memorable dining experience every time.
