Complete with decadent options such as the Ancho Scallops with carrot habanero sauce, roasted garlic – jalapeño potato purée, Paella Valencia with clams, scallops, shrimp, confit chicken, chorizo, calamari, skirt steak saffron rice and pico de gallo, or our Short Rib “Chili Verde” Surf & Turf with boneless short rib, garlic shrimp, jalapeño chile verde sauce, and roasted garlic – jalapeño potato purée, all which finish perfectly with our Almond Milk Panna Cotta, which features sesame brittle and fresh berries.
